Wares

Brand Identity

Print Collateral

Scope of Work

Wares is a gallery and curated home shop located on the coast of Maine, offering thoughtfully sourced art, objects, and homewares. I worked with founder Sal Taylor Kydd to develop a brand identity that feels artful, grounded, and intentionally imperfect—reflecting both the coastal landscape and the spirit of the pieces she curates.

Together, we created a logo suite, color palette, and brand elements that balance natural textures with a clean, timeless aesthetic. The final identity weaves together Sal’s background in fine art photography with her passion for handmade and meaningful objects, setting the tone for a space that invites connection, curiosity, and quiet beauty.

PROJECT GOAL

Create an authentic, vibrant, and nurturing brand that empowers individuals to embrace a wellness-focused lifestyle, fostering not only their personal health but also radiating positivity and care to their communities.

design notes

It was important that the visual brand elements evoked an energetic and welcoming feel. The choice of a vibrant color palette, inspired directly from the ingredients they use, captures the brand's energetic and approachable essence.

Kind Words from the Client

I loved working with McKenna! She really understood my vision and turned it into reality. Every aspect of my brand that I had imagined came to life, and I couldn't be happier.
